Main components
The equipment is composed of hydraulic station, drawing cylinder, drawing section and other components. With the change of embryo tube diameter, the center of the tube remains unchanged, the axis of the inner and outer molds, and the axis of the core rod are completely consistent, thereby improving product accuracy and ensuring drawing. During the process, the thickness of the pipe wall is uniform, the drawing force is uniform and stable, and the performance between the parts is stable, reliable and safe. The oil cylinder transfer drawing cart has good positioning accuracy and high safety factor.
System control
Make preparations before driving. Check and confirm the normal use of each part, whether the cold drawing system is flexible and reliable, whether the mold is cracked, the specifications of the rolling head and the mold, and the corresponding lubricant configuration. Turn on the power button, and start the main motor (forward rotation, the main motor is strictly prohibited). After 2-5 minutes of no-load operation, confirm that the situation is normal, and then the manual oil cylinder runs forward and reverse smoothly before it can be used in production. According to the specific situation, select the appropriate cold drawing process. In the product pipe, the head of the head is generally straight and less than the length of the mold 50-100mm. The head and shoulders of the head should be smooth and without edges. According to the type of product pipe, it is equipped with corresponding lubricant. The lubricant is required to quickly adhere to the metal surface, and has the characteristics of pressure resistance, small friction coefficient, low corrosion, and low environmental pollution. (It depends on the material.) During the drawing process, the trolley should run smoothly without obvious vibration. When drawing the first root, the dimensions must be measured for each pass, and the dimensions must also be measured each time the mold is changed, to check the surface quality at any time and frequently check the dimensional tolerances. In the production process, pay attention to distinguish the batch number such as steel type, furnace number, specification and so on. The specification of the cold drawn finished pipe depends on the determination of the outer diameter and wall thickness of the barren pipe and the process parameters. Each batch of barren pipes needs to be relatively uniform, and only one pipe is dialed at a time.
Installation and commissioning
The two guide rails of the bed are horizontal, and the horizontal and vertical guide rail surfaces should not be more than 0.5mm straight. The joints of the guide rails should be smooth, and there should be no steps. The symmetry of the two inner sides of the center of the piston rod of the cylinder and the vertical guide rail of the bed and the centerline of the axis of the draft hole are not greater than 2mm. The level of the oil cylinder is ≤ ± 1mm. The symmetry of the center surface of the core frame and the axis of the draft hole is not more than 2mm. The position of the core rod is convenient, accurate, reliable and can be replaced in time. The pipeline pressure of each pneumatic mechanism is 0.5-0.65Mpa, the action is flexible, and there must be no air leakage. Clamp opening and closing is flexible and reliable. The carriage slider should be in contact with the two guide rails at the same time, the movement is flexible and stable, and there is no abnormal phenomenon. It should be run for half an hour with no load, and then loaded step by step according to the rated load. The condition is normal, it should run smoothly, without impact, and the maximum oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃. The pull load of the main cylinder is not less than 1.5 times the drawing force. The temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed 40 ° C. The electrical emergency power-off function is reliable. The operation of all parts is reliable and stable without abnormal phenomena. The noise should comply with its regulations. The refueling level is refueled once a day and the track is cleaned at least once a week. Check the refueling of the outgoing bearings every week. When refueling, do a good job of cleaning and refueling. Hydraulic stations and oil tanks are regularly inspected, and the oil is changed at least once a year. In cold areas, attention should be paid to preventing freezing.
