Maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic heading machine

The correct use and careful maintenance of the hydraulic heading machine are the basic conditions to ensure safe production and prolong the service life of the equipment. The following points should be carefully implemented by the user
1. Use the equipment correctly:
A. Those who do not understand the structural performance and operation procedures of the equipment shall not start the machine without permission.
B. The maintenance mold must be stopped, and the manual mode for adjusting the mold into the working position is used.
C. During work, the concentrated load must not exceed the hydraulic pressure setting, and do not adjust the value of the pressure gauge at will.
D. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the movable beam plate. The minimum distance between the movable beam plate and the worktable is 270mm. The mold should be designed and installed according to this requirement to avoid machine tool accidents.
E. When the equipment has serious oil leakage or other phenomena (such as unreliable action, noise, looseness, etc.), it should be stopped immediately and reported to the maintenance personnel. It can be used only after the fault is eliminated.
F. The power inlet of this machine is a three-phase five-wire system. The neutral wire must not be interconnected with the ground wire. The electrical equipment must be grounded and must be solid and reliable.
2. Maintenance
A. When the oil level in the oil tank is lower than the middle of the dipstick, hydraulic oil should be added to the upper limit of the oil gauge.
B. The working oil is changed about once a year. The oil used for the first time is drawn out and filtered after two months of use, and then injected back into the tank for use. If the following phenomena are found, the oil should be changed immediately.
C. Conditional users are advised to install a bypass filter for regular oil filtering, so as to reduce the wear of the machine parts and extend the service life to have a better effect.
D. The guide column and piston should be kept clean and adequately lubricated (the guide column should be refueled every shift, at least twice).
E. The machine has been used for 400 hours a month. The filter screen of the oil pump should be removed and cleaned. The oil screen should be cleaned once every 4 months in the future. When the filter screen is removed, the machine should be stopped first. The oil filter in turn starts the oil pump.
F. To control the oil temperature to a maximum of 50 degrees, cold water should be turned on for forced cooling.
